Nice photo. It's amazing how close to nature we are in this big city...I suppose this wasn't too far from a freeway area. :)
Did that Great Egret get what it was hunting? Looks like it's about to stab at something.
ummm....yes, it did indeed. while i was watching, the egret grabbed a few small fish to eat. thanks for identifying the species. ps- are you still playing in the bundesliga?
